Let's Be Friends is a creative studio operating out of Charlotte, Los Angeles, and New York City. We make physical products, visceral experiences, and world-class digital content for brands that actually matter.

We're 20 people doing the work most agencies need 100 for. Everyone touches the work.

This isn't a watch-and-learn internship. You'll write copy, pitch stories, plan content, and help shape how we show up across every platform. Culture, community, product, and beyond. From day one.

We don't just cover culture. We're part of it. Learn how the biggest brands tell stories that reach millions — from the inside.

What you'll actually do:

Write and edit copy across editorial, social, and short-form story formats.
Plan and maintain the social content calendar.
Pitch and develop story ideas spanning culture, community, and product.
Draft captions, headlines, and short-form content for Instagram and TikTok.
Monitor trends and surface what's worth covering before it goes mainstream.
Support shoots, events, and campaigns as needed.

You're right for this if:

You're deeply plugged into culture with a clear point of view.
You're a strong writer — clean, precise, on-brand.
You know the difference between a good lede and a forgettable one.
Fluent in internet culture natively, not academically.
You've run a page or written for a publication — anything real.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and fast.

Bonus if you have:

Familiarity with Later, Notion, or planning tools.
Basic Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere skills.
Writing samples specific to culture, lifestyle, or editorial work.
Experience managing or growing a social account.
Strong eye for what performs and why.
